These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and maintain an account on 638club. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling. 638club enforces this requirement at the point of registration and again during the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.2 One Account Per PersonEach individual may hold only one (1) 638club Account. Multiple accounts per person, household, device, or shared payment method are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 638club reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and report the matter to PAGCOR.
3.3 Registration RequirementsYou must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including:
638club is required by PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering framework to verify the identity of Members before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), a selfie holding the ID, and confirmation that the name on the ID matches the registered account name and the GCash or bank account used for withdrawals.
Important: 638club is not available to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 638club is legal in your location.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 638club login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 638club will never ask you to disclose your password to any 638club representative, and you should never share your login credentials with any third party.
You must notify 638club immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization by contacting support at [email protected]. 638club will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
638club reserves the right to temporarily lock any Account where suspicious login activity is detected and to require re-verification of identity before restoring access. You acknowledge that 638club's security measures, including IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, and unusual activity alerts, are in place to protect your account and comply with PAGCOR's platform security requirements.
638club accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). 638club does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. 638club reserves the right to request evidence that the payment account belongs to the registered Member and to delay or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified.
All transactions on the 638club Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. 638club is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a crypto transaction is initiated and confirmed.
Deposit Limits: 638club allows Members to set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming framework. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same GCash, Maya, or bank account used for the Member's most recent qualifying deposit. 638club does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.1 Processing TimesThe minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account settings. Higher withdrawal limits are available to Members at higher VIP tiers following identity verification.
6.3 Withdrawal ConditionsA Member must have completed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds the applicable PAGCOR-mandated threshold. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending verification of account identity, resolution of a disputed transaction, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before completion of wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.
638club may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
7.1 Wagering RequirementsUnless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money funds, not Bonus Funds, unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Bonus Abuse638club reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold any winnings derived from it where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times; using low-risk or hedge-betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other players; or exploiting system errors.
7.3 Bonus ExpiryBonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bets will expire in accordance with the timeline stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated or reinstated under any circumstances.
All games available on the 638club Platform — including JILI slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, online sabong, bingo, crash games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any wager.
8.1 Void Bets638club reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: the bet was placed in error due to a technical malfunction or software error; odds or payouts were displayed incorrectly due to a system error; the event or game round was cancelled, suspended, or not completed; or the bet was placed after the official close of betting for the relevant event or game round.
8.2 Malfunction PolicyIn the event of a software, hardware, network, or telecommunications malfunction that interrupts a game session, 638club will endeavor to restore the session to the last verified state. Where this is not possible, the bet amount will be refunded to the Member's Account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
8.3 Sports BettingSports betting markets available on 638club — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, Premier League, and other events — are governed by 638club's Sports Betting Rules. All live in-play bets are subject to the odds accepted at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. 638club is not responsible for network latency causing delays between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 638club Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

All content on the 638club Platform — including but not limited to the 638club name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 638club or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 638club.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 638club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 638club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
638club's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
638club is not responsible for: losses arising from internet connectivity failures outside 638club's control; device malfunctions on the Member's side; unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain credential security; or force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications network failures.
638club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without notice, where:
Members may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Member's registered GCash or bank account within 5 business days, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.
638club collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine government agencies as required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the 638club Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Members are required to first submit a formal complaint to 638club customer support. 638club will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's gaming dispute resolution process.

638club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All changes will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Where amendments are material — including changes that affect Members' rights regarding withdrawals, bonus conditions, or account closure — 638club will endeavor to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent Platform notification or SMS to the Member's registered mobile number.
Your continued use of the 638club Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
